Shipping Policy

Destinations

For now we ship only within Colombia, to every area covered by our carriers. We will expand shipping to other countries soon.

Confirmation and processing

After your purchase we will call or message you to confirm your details. Orders ship within 1–2 business days after that confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 business days, depending on the city. During peak seasons or for reasons beyond our control (carrier, weather, public order) delivery times may be longer.

Costs

Shipping is free on orders over $40. Smaller orders ship for $4. The final cost is shown before you pay.

Payment methods

You can pay by card at checkout or in cash when your order arrives (cash on delivery).

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will share the tracking number so you can check its status.
